Division N – Open Junior Department

Baked Good Sale

Following the judging, a small portion of each exhibit will be retained for display (except rosette entries). The remaining portion will be sold following judging.

RULES:
1. Exhibitors, both boys and girls, through 18 yrs of age and unmarried, are eligible to enter this division.
2. Exhibitors may make one entry per list number.
3. Scorecard used for judging will be the same as used in Divisions K-1,L-1 &L-2
4. No commercial mixes allowed in any baked product. Exhibitors are encouraged to include recipe with baked items.
5. Articles in Classes 2,3,4 & 5 are to be exhibited on heavy cardboard (cakes), paper plates (bread, cookies) or foil tins (pies). All exhibits to be enclosed in plastic bag. Entry tags are to be stapled to paper plate, with tag hanging OUTSIDE plastic bag.
6. Exhibits in this division may not be entered in any other part of the Fair.
7. At the discretion of superintendents, any list category may be divided into two groups for whatever reason.
8. Bring an extra jar of the canned good you are having judged and the judge will open one during judging and the other will be on display during fair week.
