Division K-4 Hobbies & Handicraft

RULES:

1. Entries must be homemade and the complete work of the exhibitor. Craft made from kits are permitted. However, original work will be given preference in judging.
2. This division is open to amateurs only. Professionals are those who earn their livelihood from their skill.
3. Only two entries per exhibitor allowed in each list number.
4. The maximum number of items in a Hobby Collection (Class 3) is six (6). Judging of collections, in part, shall be based on the method of display.
5. Any article receiving a blue ribbon in past years at this Fair is not eligible for exhibit.
6. If there are 10 or more entries in any list category, that category will be divided into two groups of equal number, with those entries received first put into the first group.
7. Dolls may be brought and judged dressed.
8. Any entry not to exceed 24”x36”x12” deep.
