Rules

RULES:
1. All entries must be in the name of the person growing or producing the display.
2. The Fair will furnish containers for seeds exhibit.
3. Sheaf grain and sheaf forage entries must be 3 inches in diameter, measured at the center band. (Maximum size – 5 inches in diameter)
4. Grains and seeds must have been grown within the past year.
5. An article MUST be meritorious to draw a premium and shall be entitled to first premium ONLY IF MERITORIOUS. First and second place ribbons may be awarded to one person, but the Fair WILL NOT pay second premium when a person is his only competition.
