Rules
- Sponsoring organization/business will submit name of contestant and entry fee to the Muscatine Co. Fair Office, BY JUNE 10.
- The Muscatine County Fair selects a Queen who will represent the County at the Iowa State Fair Queen Contest. A queen will be selected by (3) judges that do not reside in Muscatine County.
- The rules used at the State Fair Contest will apply at the County level. Entrants must be 16 years of age and not more than 21, unmarried and never have been married or have children.
- Queen contestants should reside in county, or be active member of community, 4-H, FFA, school or church organization in Muscatine County.
- No professional model, or a contestant who has competed at State Fair finals, may not compete again.
